29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a)Cris Martinez Construction @ 1832 Gemini Ct., Loveland, CO 80537: On and before May 14th, 2011, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that an employee engaged in framing operations was exposed to fall hazards. This condition exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 10 feet. Cris Martinez Construction was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312134646, Citation Number 1, Item 1 issued on April 9th, 2010, and became Final Order on April 30th, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1832 Gemini Ct., Loveland, CO 80537.
