29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities six feet or more above a lower level, was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Jobsite: On May 24, 2011 employees were exposed to an estimated 20 foot fall to the ground below when they performed framing activities next to an unprotected edge on the second floor of the west commons area. Note) Cowboy Construction & Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 31180245 , citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 17, 2009 with respect to the workplace at 187 Meadow View Lane, Twin Falls, ID 83301.
