Conditions exposed employees to amputation hazards.    Abatement note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (See enclosed "Sample Abatement-Certification Letter.    Abatement note:  To guard the rear of the press brakes and the shear, prevent employee access while the machines are in operation via a barrier, along with appropriate employee training and enforcement.  To guard the perimeter of the laser bed, expanded metal should be a viable option.
