This condition exposed employees to hazards generated from the machines rotating parts and hazards from chips and/or sparks while utilizing the lathe.     (b) Summit Solutions, 19750 Weld County Road 7, Berthoud, CO 80513:  On and before June 8, 2011, the controlling and exposing employer did not ensure that all affected employees utilizing a Sharp Power Press, Model HMV, Serial Number 82120304,  located in the machine shop, was guarded from hazards created by the machines rotating parts and flying chips and sparks through a lack of adequate guarding. This condition exposed employees to hazards from chips and/or sparks while utilizing the press.     (c) Summit Solutions, 19750 Weld County Road 7, Berthoud, CO 80513:  On and before June 8, 2011, the controlling and exposing employer did not ensure that all affected employees utilizing an Alliant Power Press, Model 42VC, Serial Number 73104904,  located in the machine shop, was guarded from hazards created by the machines rotating parts and flying chips and sparks.  This condition exposed employees to hazards from chips and/or sparks while utilizing the press.
