29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than ten feet above a lower level was not protected from falling: (a)Varela Brothers @ 6682 Crooked Stick Drive., Windsor, CO 80550: On and before May 28th, 2011, the employer did not ensure an employee working from pump jack scaffolding located on the east side of a custom single family home under construction was protected from falls from an elevation of approximately 15' along the walking working surface of the platform. The condition exposed an employee engaged in the installation of siding to a 15' fall hazard.
