(a) Residential reroofing project located at 424 Vine Street, Eau Claire, WI; TF Exteriors employees were exposed to fall hazards of: 1. Approximately 10 feet from the south side porch to lower level, 2. Approximately 13 to 22 feet from main roof to lower level.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the use and operation of guardrail systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used. a) Residential reroofing project located at 424 Vine Street in Eau Claire, WI; Employees were not trained in the use and/or limitations of slideguards. Slide guards were installed and used as fall protection during sheathing operations of a home where the main roof's slope was 10 in 12 and the dormers roof slope was 12 in 12.
