Eldorado Construction Inc was replacing a two story tall home's roof.  Employees utilized a Multi-Power Inc compressor to power the pneumatic nail guns.  The horizontal belt for the compressor was not fully enclosed.  The compressor rested upon the ground adjacent to the ladder used to access the roof.  This condition exposed three employees to an amputation hazard.
