29 CFR 1926.307(e)(1)(i): Where both runs of a horizontal belt were 42 inches (106.68 cm) or less from the floor, the belt was not fully enclosed: Eldorado Construction Inc, at 13740 Telluride Drive, Broomfield, CO: On 6/1/11, Eldorado Construction Inc did not ensure that where both runs of a horizontal belt were 42 inches (106.68 cm) or less from the floor, the belt was fully enclosed. Eldorado Construction Inc was replacing a two story tall home's roof. Employees utilized a Multi-Power Inc compressor to power the pneumatic nail guns. The horizontal belt for the compressor was not fully enclosed. The compressor rested upon the ground adjacent to the ladder used to access the roof. This condition exposed three employees to an amputation hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or another provision in paragraph (b) of this section which provides for an alternative fall protection measure: Eldorado Construction Inc, at 13740 Telluride Drive, Broomfield, CO: On and preceding 6/1/11, Eldorado Construction Inc did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or another provision in paragraph (b) of this section which provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Eldorado Construction Inc was replacing a two story tall home's roof. Approximate height was twenty five feet above ground level. Employees were not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. This condition exposed three employees to an approximate twenty-five foot fall hazard.
