29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area (This standard is applicable to the construction industry per 29 CFR 1926.59): a) At the jobsite: On or about June 10, 2011, and at times prior thereto, employees drilling holes in the concrete pad were not informed of the hazards of silica containing dust prior to starting work. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
