29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Location - Pine Street, Manchester, NH, 03101 On or about 06/13/11 an employee was in a raised JLG Aerial lift without a body belt connected to the lift. Collegiate Entrepeneurs Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.453(b)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 310185541, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001 with a final order date of 09/20/07 with respect to a workplace located at 160 Water street, new London, CT, 06320.
