29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) North end of west car wash bay, adjacent to the roll up door; On or about 6/14/11 and at times prior thereto, an employee was utilizing a 12 foot fiberglass step ladder in the folded and leaning position to access an overhead mounted electrical panel. Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
