29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    a) South side on roof; On or about 6/14/11 and at times prior thereto, an employee was installing sheathing without a means of fall protection.    b) Northwest corner at top of exterior wall; On or about 6/14/11 and at times prior thereto, an employee was trimming truss ends while walking on/working from the top of the wall without a means of fall protection.    Note: Abatement certification and documentation are NOT required for this item.    Gonzales Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection 313351421, Citation 01, Item 002, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/18/10 with respect to a workplace located at Picard Drive & Centerpoint Avenue, Meridian, ID.
