29 CFR 1926.602(b)(1): Tractors covered in paragraph (a) of this section did not have seat belts as required for the operators when seated in the normal seating arrangement for tractor operation, even though back-hoes, breakers, or other similar attachments are used on these machines for excavating or other work: (a) Specific location: On 06/10/11 and at times prior thereto, a John Deere, 410C backhoe/loader was operated without a seat belt installed. Note: Abatement certification IS NOT required for this item.
