29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):      Each employee on a scaffold more than ten feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. Paragraph (g)(2) of this section addresses fall protection for scaffold erectors and dismantlers:          At the site where siding work was being accomplished from a pump jack scaffold, the employer did not ensure that employee(s) used fall protection while perfoming their job task, thereby exposing employee(s) to an approximate 13 foot fall hazard.      Delfino Montoya was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its Equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313157224, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 02,  2010, with respect to a workplace located at 8346 Parori Lane, Blacklick, Oh 43004.
