29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were used for purposes prohibited by subparagraphs (a) through (e) of this paragraph: Employees working in and around the scale and fuel pump were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to 110 volt extension cords being facilitated as a substitute for fixed wiring. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c). Eldorado Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313014862, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on May 25, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1212 Highway 45, Eldorado, IL 62930.
