29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii):  Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck:    a)  On or about June 23, 2011, more than one employee rode on the rough terrain fork truck during set up operations for a motocross race at Thunder Valley motocross track in Lakewood, Colorado.    1)  While driving north across the paddock area an employee was standing on the steps of the fort truck, hanging on next to the driver.    2)  While driving south across the paddock area an employee rode on the pallet being held by the forks of the truck.
