29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides: a.) Lammers Outdoor Advertising, Inc. on or about June 29, 2011, at the address of E. Sandusky St. and Grand Ave. Findlay, OH: The employer failed to ensure that employees applying a new outdoor advertizing banner over an elevated billboard structure were provided with adequate fall protection. Employees working from the elevated platform were exposed to a 24 to 36 fall to the ground below.
