29 CFR 1904.4(a):  Great Lakes Naval Station: On or about, June 29, 2011, the employer did not record the following work-related injury/illness case that resulted in the general recording criteria on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent.    On or about March 2, 2010, a recordable case occurred when an employee received prescription medication/an inhaler following exposure to air contaminants emitted from the area under the hood of a police vehicle the employee was driving. The employee also missed several days of work.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
