29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):  Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(b) or (c):    a)  South Range waste water collection and treatment system, vicinity of County Highway C and County Highway K; Employees were in a trench that was 8 feet deep or greater without cave-in protection.      Reuben Johnson & Son, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 307045419, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, Issued on 09/28/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 122 Lake Shore Dr. E., Ashland, WI.  This citation became final on 10/23/2008.
