29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. Employees were exposed to a falls of approximately seven (7) and 15 feet when using an extension ladder and step-ladders to access a roof to perform roofing operations and the side rails of the ladders extended approximately one (1) foot above the landing surface. The employer did not provide training for each employee that would have enabled them to recognize the hazards and provided them with the procedures to follow to minimize these hazards. ***Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)***
