29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to any part of an electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by deenergizing and grounding the circuits or by effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:    a)  Employees were not protected against accidental contact with energized overhead power lines during the framing and carpentry work on the new addition of the house.  The overhead power lines consisted of secondary lines having a voltage of 120/240 volts.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
