29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On July 8, 2011, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 9.5 feet while performing roofing activities without appropriate fall protection in place. SWANSON'S ROOFING & CONCRETE, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD: 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312892003, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 4a AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 5, 2010 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 703 OLD CHURCH ROAD, SAVOY, IL 61847. ***Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c)***
