29 CFR 1910. 136(a): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses protective footwear when working in area where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects:    (a)	Weaver Construction Corporation dba Weaver Stone Company, 7386 Greenridge Rd, Unit A5, Windsor, CO 80550: On and before July 7, 2011 employees were not wearing steel toed boots to protect their feet from crushing hazards associated with granite fabrication. An employee was cutting out a hole in a granite slab and allowed the cut out to fall to the floor. This employee was not wearing steel toed boots. Employees also use a forklift to move slabs of granite. Both the slabs of granite and the forklift pose hazards to employees' feet. Adjustment of the guard shall be such that pieces of an accidentally broken wheel will be deflected away from the operator.     (a)	Weaver Construction Corporation dba Weaver Stone Company, 7386 Greenridge Rd, Unit A5, Windsor, CO 80550: On and before July 7, 2011 two employees using a handheld Makita grinder that was unguarded. The employees were using the grinder with an abrasive grinding stone. This condition exposes the employees to hazardous conditions associated with flying chips should the grinding stone become fractured and break apart.
