29 CFR 1910.24(f): All treads were not reasonably slip-resistant and the nosings were not of nonslip finish: The southeast stairs had inadequate tread grips that lead to employees accessing the stairwell being exposed to a slip and fall hazards. An employee suffered injuries to her back and hips as a result of a fall that occurred on this stairway. Abatement Certification and/or Abatement Documentation required.
