29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On 7/12/11 on a jobsite at the Collinsville Middle School, 9649 Collinsville Road, Collinsville, IL, employees were laying a roof membrane prior to installing standing seam roofing materials and were exposed to fall hazards over 13 feet 6 inches in height and were not using any means of fall protection.
