29 CFR 1926.1101(e)(1):  All Class I, II, and III asbestos work was not conducted within regulated areas:\r\n(a)  Aaroh Construction Inc at 65 North Broadway, Denver, CO 80203:  On and before May 13, 2011, employees performed demolition work of the interior structure of the facility.  Demolition activities included, but were not limited to, removal of thermal system insulation and textured surfacing material.  Employees used hammers, grinders, and prybars to perform demolition work.  These demolition activities are Class I and Class II work.  Bulk analysis determined that these materials contained up to 75% asbestos.  The employer did not ensure these activities were conducted within a regulated area.
