Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) ormore above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrestsystems. a) Fusco Construction, LLC - On or about July 12, 2011, at the address of 360 W. Shore Blvd, Put-in-Bay, OH: The employer did not assure employees were protected from fall hazards while performing roofing work. The employees were exposed to a 13' fall to the ground below.
