29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about July 14, 2011 an employee was working laboring materials and performing cleanup below other workers tools and materials without a hardhat exposing the employee to overhead struckby hazards. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c)
