29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used:      a) Southeast corner of site in close proximity to power pedestal; On or about 7/7/11 and at times prior thereto, the plug of a portable air compressor had pulled away from the cord's protection sheath exposing the insulated conductors.    b) East side of structure in close proximity to the structure's entrance; On or about 7/7/11 and at times prior thereto, an extension cord being used to power a 7 1/4 inch worm drive circular saw has a split in the protective sheath next to the female plug exposing the insulated conductors.    Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
