29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(I): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training on other unique or potetially hazardous environmental conditions in the workplace that could affect safe operation: On or about June 21, 2011 during the unloading of a tractor trailer that contained roof curbs for steel erection, the employer did not ensure employees were trained to coordinate a safe unloading procedure while operating in moderately traveled parking area that was open to both the general public and construction vehicles.
