29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2): Warning line systems did not consist of ropes, wires, or chains, and supporting stanchions erected in accordance with (f)(2)(i) through (f)(2)(v) of this section: a) On or about July 15, 2011, the partial warning line at the site contain the following deficiencies: 1. Plastic caution tape was used which was not of sufficient strength (500 lb tensile strength minimum requirement). 2. The line was not flagged at 6 foot intervals with high visibility material. 3. The line was sagging in areas along the front of the roof to less than 34 inches. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
