29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) A.D.D.J. Construction Inc. at 9506 E 4th Ave in Denver, CO 80230: On and before July 16, 2011, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees installing a soffit on the first level roof of a two-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. The two employees worked near the edge of a 3-in-12 pitch roof. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11.8 feet.
