29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1):     Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:    a)  Employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 30 feet while engaged in steel erection activities on the 3rd level of the single family dwelling at the northwest side of the site.    b)  Employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 20 feet while engaged in steel erection activities on the 3rd level of the single family dwelling at the East side of the site.    Skyline Iron Works, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315180497, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 3501 N.
