29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): \\r\\n\\r\\nEmployee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b).\\r\\n\\r\\nOn July 19, 2011 at a jobsite located at 4969 Minns Drive, Machesney Park IL. An employee was counting bundles of material on the roof without any fall protection. The employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 8.8 feet. \\r\\n\\r\\nAbatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
