29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): \r\n\r\nEmployees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operationspresent potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.\r\n\r\n\r\na.  At the worksite, the employer did not ensure/enforce that employees used eye protection while using a power saw to cut wood flooring, thereby exposing employees to a potential struck-by/caught-in hazard:    a.  At the worksite, the employer did not ensure/enforce that employees used eye protection while using a power actuated nail gun to secure wood flooring, thereby exposing employees to a potential struck-by hazard.
