29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    Employees were working on the roof of a commercial structure while not using any type of fall protection system. Potential fall height was measured to be in excess of 18' with a roof pitch of 5/12.    Wiford Roofing and Siding was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311605554, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on September 25, 2008.
