(a) Dock Area - Places of employement were not kept clean and orderly, boxes contaning product were stored on the floor throughout the area.\r\n\r\n(b) Storage Racks - Places of employment were not kept clean and orderly, products and empty boxes were stored on the floor throughout the aisles. In accordance with 29CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.\r\n

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(7): Each exit sign must have the word "Exit" in plainly legible letters not less than six inches (15.2 cm) high, with the principal strokes of the letters in the word "Exit" not less than three-fourths of an inch (1.9 cm) wide. (a) Rear exit door - Exit sign was not posted six inches high and was less than three-fourths of an inch wide.
