29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Each hand-fed circular ripsaw was not provided with nonkickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator. They were not designed to provide adequate holding power for all the thicknesses of materials being cut. The anti-kickback fingers that were attached to the spreader device of the Delta: 10 inch (Tilting Arbor) table saw, Model # 34-802, table saw were bent outward and would not oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means: As of 07/27/2011, employees who utilized machinery that was located in the "Build" room of the shop, were exposed to a live electrical (wire) that was hanging from the ceiling, next to the (Delta) table saw.
