29 CFR 1910.109(c)(5)(vii): Smoking, matches, open flames, spark-producing devices, and firearms (except firearms carriedby guards) shall not be permitted inside of or within 50 feet of magazines. The land surrounding a magazine shall be kept clear of all combustible materials for a distance of at least 25 feet. Combustible materials shall not be stored within 50 feet of magazines.\r\n\r\nA wooden table used for assembly consisting of attaching E-Matches into manufactured fireworks was 11 feet magazines used to store Class B and Class C explosives.\r\n\r\n\r\n
