29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: The employer did not develop or implement a written chemcial hazard communication program where employees were exposed to the following chemicals at work: a) Wood dust from cutting wood. b) Gasoline for equiment at the site. c) Antifreeze and transmission fliud for vehicles at the site. All provisions of 29CFR 1910.1200 must be covered in a Hazard Comunication Program. Key elements include: 1. Developing a Written Program. 2. Availability of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). 3. Container Labelling. 4. Employee Information and Training. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
