29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): \r\n\r\nAll places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.\r\n\r\nEmployees were exposed to fire hazards while working around the piles of flammable sawdust and wood debris within the establishment. The walkways and floor areas surrounding the saws were not kept free as practical of wood debris.\r\n\r\nTHE QUALITY PALLETS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTHSTANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314849613, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 20, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 601 KENTUCKY AVENUE, WINDSOR, IL 61957.\r\n
