29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):  Place(s) of employment were not kept clean:  (a)  Ranch Creek Ltd at 441 Hwy 125, Granby, CO 80446:  On and before July 26, 2011, in the production building, Class II combustible dust accumulated in depths in excess of 1/32 inch on surface areas such as ceiling rafters, electrical conduit, lighting fixtures, electrical disconnect boxes, horizontal wall beams, saw machinery, and other equipment. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of fire involving Class II combustible wood dust.

29 CFR 1910.101(b):  Compressed gas cylinders were not stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, as adopted by 29 CFR 1910.101(b):  (a)  Ranch Creek Ltd at 441 Hwy 125, Granby, CO 80446:  On and before July 26, 2011, the employer did not ensure that compressed gas cylinders were secured in accordance with Section 3.5.3, Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965. A full acetylene gas cylinder and a full oxygen gas cylinder on the walking platform of the merchandiser were not secured to the railing. This condition exposed employees to explosion and burn hazards  (b)  Ranch Creek Ltd at 441 Hwy 125, Granby, CO 80446:  On and before July 26, 2011, the employer stored a full oxygen compressed gas cylinder within three feet of a full acetylene cylinder at the merchandiser. Section 3.5.3 of Pamphlet P-1 provides that stored oxygen and fuel gas cylinders should be separated by a minimum of 20 feet, or there should be a fire resistant partition between the oxygen and fuel gas cylinders. This condition exposed employees to explosion and burn hazards.

The compressed air line was pressurized at approximately 100 psi. This condition exposed employees using the air hose to the hazard of an embolism in the blood stream.
