29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and (2) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work areas: a) Employees had not received training on the written hazard communication program; the location of and information contained in the material safety data sheets; and the identity, location, hazards and methods to be followed to minimize the hazardous effects of the hazardous chemicals used in the course of their employment.
