29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(9)(i):     The employer did not institute, at no cost to employees, a training program for each employee who was likely to be exposed in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL) and for each employee who performed Class I through IV asbestos operations:    a)  Textileather Corp., 3729 Twining St , Toledo, Ohio:  On or about May 16 2011 and continuing until July 11, 2011, the employer did not provide information and training required by the standard for employees who conducted Class I asbestos work.  Employees were potentially exposed to TSI pipe insulation associated with the calendars in the Tolex area of building #50 on their property.      In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
