29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) Rocky Mountain Shooters Supply @ 3507 E. Mulberry St. Unit A, Fort Collins, CO 80524: On and before 8/3/11, the employer did not establish a method to ensure that surfaces were maintained as free as possible from accumulations of lead. Area wipe samples indicated that lead dust was present on instructional tables upstairs, employee telephone receiver near the stairs, and both refrigerator and freezer handles. This condition exposed employees to lead.
