29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(i): Before work in areas containing ACM and PACM was begun; the employer did not identify the presence, location, and quantity of ACM, and/or PACM therein pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section: a) SWS Equipment Services Inc. at Textileather Corp., 3729 Twining St, Toledo, Ohio: On or about May 16 2011 and continuing until July 11, 2011, the general contractor/employer did not determine the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material (ACM) in the pipe insulation associated with the calendars in the Tolex area of building #50.
