29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety nets systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) R & R Services at 2081 E 68th Ave, Denver, CO 80229: On August 1, 2011, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in re-roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single family residence. Employees were exposed to falls of 9 feet on the roof with a 4 in 12 pitch.
