29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B):     Temporary wiring branch circuits did not orginate in a power outlet or panel board, conductors were not protected by overcurrent devices at their ampacity, runs of open conductors were not located where the conductors will be protected from physical damage, and each branch circuit that supplied a receptacle did not contain a separate equipment grounding conductor when the circuit was ran as open conductors:    a)  Employees were exposed to electrial shock when working with a receptacle which was connceted directly to the service drop from a power line.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
