29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part: An Employee conducting framing work was exposed to falls of approximately 9 feet while working on a non-approved work platform attached to a Gehl Skid Steer, and the employer did not initiate and maintain an accident prevention program to control and eliminate the hazards present at the jobsite in accordance with the OSHA regulations. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
