29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: (a) Turnkey Construction Company 1 LP, dba Turnkey Construction Company at 3992 Havana St, Denver, CO 80239: On and before August 6, 2011, the controlling employer did not ensure subcontractor employees working on a scaffold were protected from falls via the use of guardrails along all open sides and ends of the scaffold. The scaffold used on the west side of the building lacked mid-rails and end-rails. Subcontractor employees worked on the 2nd level working platform of this scaffold. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall of approximate 14 feet.
