29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. (a) Environmental Friendly Energy Services, Inc. on or about August 10, 2011, at the address of 11015 SR 250 N Milan, OH: The employer failed to ensure employees were protected from head injuries while working below overhead hazards. Due to this condition, employees were potentially exposed to impact injuries caused from falling material and/or equipment while landing a HVAC unit atop a commercial structure.
